UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian
regional commercial banks as the first and the largest in terms of
scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Since

Main challenges:
Meet both existing and prospective clients and negotiate the terms
and conditions of potential factoring deals
Maintenance and development/expansion of a trusted portfolio of
corporate clients using factoring services
Perform financial analysis and appraise the inherent risks related
to factoring transactions
Prepare factoring proposals
Daily Interaction with clients ensuring fast and efficient service
execution
Performance of consistent actions inherent in relational
functionality
The perfect Candidate has:
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or
International relations. Having a sound business mind and a good
general understanding of micro and macro finance
Minimum 2 years of experience in factoring (for the senior
position), leasing and/or corporate banking. No experience needed
for the junior position.
Good networking and negotiation skills
Understanding of financial metrics and strong analytical skills
Organizational skills, high level of attention to detail
Good command of English - written and spoken
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
Team-player with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and result-driven
