UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian
regional commercial banks as the first and the largest in terms of
scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Since

If you have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or asset management;
experience in custody or depository services – front office or
back-office activities will be an advantage
Experience in capital markets, corporate finance, knowledge in
different types of financial instruments and corporate events
University degree in Economics
Fluent English language
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Result orientation
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
And you would like to:
Manage the relationship and communicate with local and
international clients related to custody and depository
services
Maintain regular contacts with CSDs, sub-custodians and
regulators
Communicate with prospective clients and prepare offers for clients
related to custody services
Prepare and sign contracts and other documents with clients as well
as custodians
Monitor regulatory, market and taxation changes/amendments on the
local market
Support clients in corporate actions, tax reclaims/tax relief,
shareholders meetings, etc
Prepare regular information and statistics regarding the market and
the bank for different, incl. for specific questionnaires
