flexible people for the role of Remote Customer Support Associate with German, Hebrew or
Czech and English.

Отговорности

* Answering customers questions and offering relevant solutions in a timely manner;
* Approaching each case with interest and demonstrating understanding and care;
* Striving to provide a positive experience and ensuring customer happiness;
* Keeping accurate logs of each case for future reference;
* Up-keeping your knowledge of company’s services and products;
* Working closely with other colleagues and functioning as a part of the team.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Great German, Hebrew or Czech and good English language skills;
* Strong communication skills and a friendly and open approach;
* Team-player attitude and drive to improve and provide a high-quality experience;
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time well;
* Flexible and able to adapt to different customer’s needs;
* Available to work on shifts and weekends.
