KONE is known in Bulgaria since 1970s when it was a supplier to one of the most important places for that time - The Bulgarian Foreign Trade Bank (BFTB) , Hotel “Balkan”, PRONO, Hotel “Vitosha New Otani” , Military Medical Academy (Bulgaria), TZUM - Sofia, etc. Since 2004 KONE has exclusive distributor in the country. During the construction boom were build lots of projects with high quality in different segments - office buildings, commercial centers and residential complexes. On 01.01.2014 KONE Corporation founded its own company in Bulgaria - KONE EOOD. And from 01.02.2015 the company moves to its own office at a new address. KONE is present in Bulgaria because we think we have excellent solutions that can improve the feeling of smooth, comfortable, enjoyable, reliable and safe People flow. Отговорности

Repair Tendering Specialist is the voice of KONE regarding repair tenders. The role is aiming to perform all tasks related to selling repair and to support the operations team with repair tendering: Converting lead to high quality tender, contacting customer to explain tender content and ensure the order and converting the tender to an order. The Repair Tendering Specialist’s main purpose is to ensure we explain the value of our repair offering to the correct decision-making customer.

Responsibilities:
• Validates repair sales leads and any missing information with the help of Maintenance Technician or
Technical Helpdesk
• Liaises with the Maintenance Supervisor on progress of sales leads, tenders and orders
• Converts the sales lead to a tender depending on the contract coverage
• Pre-alerts customer of coming tender, makes sure we have the decision maker’s correct contact details,
communicates the tender to the decision maker and makes sure the customer received it correctly
• Proactively explains the tender content and value to the customer
• Follows up with customer to check on the customers decision in a timely manner and to ensure we get the
order
• Answers customers questions about the tender content, price level, discounts and scheduling
• Periodically contacts customers in relation to open tenders
• Creates the work/service order and confirms the order was received and created
• Receives and resolves customer queries and complaints about repairs forwarded from customer service
• Manages the repair sales funnel and reviews his/her targets in sales cockpit to make sure we reach our
repair business target

• Accustomed to use different sales tools
• Sales and/ or customer service experience
• Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology
• Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions
• Experience from / familiar with KONE customers’ industries is a plus
• English skills
• Digital skills and mindset
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field
