Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new Reporting & SLA Expert
Your daily routine would include:
Creating, managing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within
the ServiceNow platform for both internal and external
(customer-facing) use;
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and
ensure relevant data is visualized clearly and effectively;
Consulting internal teams and customers on dashboard improvements –
including performance, usability, and data quality
optimization;
Supporting self-service reporting through enablement sessions and
documentation;
Defining, managing, and improving SLA structures in ServiceNow to
enhance visibility, accountability, and cost-awareness across
services;
Handling communication and integration points related to SLA and
penalty management between internal teams and customer
environments.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Experience in creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards for both
internal and customer contexts;
Skills in consulting on optimization (graphics, performance, data
quality) and in supporting self-service training;
Experience in defining, managing, and optimizing SLA management to
ensure transparency and cost awareness (including penalty
management);
Ability to manage and communicate interfaces within SLA
management.
