Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a refined and experienced Restaurant Manager to
oversee the daily operations of a progressive dining establishment
known for its contemporary, fun local cuisine and thoughtfully
curated guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hospitality
professional who blends operational expertise with a deep
appreciation for culinary artistry, contemporary aesthetics, and
team development.
Role Summary
This leadership role requires an individual with a keen eye for
detail, polished service standards, and the ability to foster an
engaging, fun and hospitable atmosphere. A strong foundation in
wine and beverage service is essential, as is the ability to
elevate both the guest journey and team performance. You will play
a key role in translating the restaurant’s ethos—creative yet
unpretentious dining with a strong sense of identity—into seamless,
memorable experiences.
• Team up with the other functions of the establishment (boutique
accommodation, events, art & culture) to refine and drive the
success of the overall entity of which the restaurant is part
of
• Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house operations with
elegance and precision
• Inspire, train, and lead a passionate team, including service,
bar, and host staff
• Cultivate a workplace culture rooted in mutual respect,
collaboration, and high standards
• Ensure every guest encounter is defined by warmth,
professionalism, and attentiveness
• Manage reservations to ensure optimal capacity utilization and
flow
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and cost control
processes
• Lead the financial aspects of the restaurant, including the
analysis and reporting of financial metrics and implement
strategies to drive profitability
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team on seasonal menus and
service innovation
• Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous
improvement
• Co-lead marketing and sales to continue the growth of the client
base
