Role insights:

Developing and automating complex new business processes, or enhancing/modifying existing solutions to meet the requirements of identified automation opportunities;
Using Blue Prism as the primary platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
Leveraging APIs and REST services where available, prioritizing them over frontend automation for better scalability and performance;
Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless end-to-end operations;
Handling reported defects within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
Testing and deploying automation workflows or fixes in compliance with Change Management, Security, and SOX regulations;
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy;
Supporting ongoing RPA maintenance activities to ensure stability and continuous improvement of automation processes;
Collaborating closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprints and related ceremonies.

What makes you unique:

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline;
Experience in RPA development with Blue Prism and/or UiPath.
Knowledge of Excel macros, SQL, and programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, and REST services.
Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
Fluent in English.
