Our client is a German company, a real global player, specialized in providing high quality in installation technology (manufacturing, innovation, go to market), with a history of 100+ years on the market.
We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant Bulgaria (Central region) due to the continuous increase of effectiveness and improvement in client’s activities.


­ Will be responsible for attainment of stipulated sales targets in the relevant area of responsibility;
­ Management of set core target groups;
­ Support for customers in a wide range of project tenders, from planning to conclusion;
­ Support for launch of new products and training of customers in their practical application;
­ Realization of market-handling campaigns in your sales territory;
­ Receipt and transmission of complaints;
­ Management of CRM information in accordance with stipulated standards;
­ Offering technical-support (first level, with special support from group level for technical support).

Изисквания и необходими умения

Adapts successfully to different customers (internal/external) and their changing needs; prioritizes customer –related issues;
Communicates successfully with various target groups and adapts flexibly to others;
Successfully structures and categorizes information and shares it purposefully;
Pursues own goals and tasks tenaciously and is resilient;
Creative, unconventional approaches and ways of thinking; actively integrates and uses them;
Comes up with innovative/creative new solutions and approaches in his/her own professional environment and triggers change;
Accepts responsibility for personal tasks; observes existing commitments in a reliable/binding way.


University or Master degree in Installation/ HVAC;
Sales experience – B2B, ideally in the plumbing and heating industry;
ERP (SAP; CRM): Confident mastery of systems;
Planning, consultancy, negotiation skills;
Customer orientation;
Bulgarian – native; English: intermediate level, both spoken and written;
Available for business travelling (driving license: B cat.).
