On behalf of our client, a leading international company in its sector, we are looking for responsible professional for the role of Sales Operations and Accounting Specialist.

The Sales Operations and Accounting Specialist Bulgaria is responsible for ensuring that all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately, followed by carrying out the financial control related to the processed orders. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager – Bulgaria & North Macedonia and involves close collaboration with the Sales and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders in ERP, manually manage orders for Marketing Customers and delivery rules, and work with Operations department to find solutions for exception requests.
• Control and reconcile GL accounts related to sales ledger control processes, Marketing, Sales, Overhead, and Inventory protocols.
• Provide constant support to Sales on order and billing process, payment conditions, stock management.
• Interface with customers in relation to orders, documentation, shipment tracing, returned goods, etc.
• Register and update prices, promotions, and conditions defined in ERP (INT and PROT), ensuring they are constantly updated.
• Ensure that sales of company price lists and relevant promotions are respected.
• Process reports and reconciliation for Marketing Debtors and Marketing Creditors.
• Prepare Marketing and Sales accruals for consolidated reporting data.
• Monitor stocks needed for movement between warehouse locations.
• Classify primary sales accounting records against the line established by the company.
• Manage with Sales department stock break actions with orders.
• Manage employee’s product orders.
• Provide data to the Management Team for KPIs analysis and support Management Team in local projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistic, Finance and/or Sales departments.
• Previous experience in international company will be considered as advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Bulgarian is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience with ERP systems such as NAV, SAP etc. will be considered as advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different departments.
• Adaptability and readiness to learn and develop within a digital environment.
