For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Operations Program Manager.

Responsibilities

*Drive the success of a dynamic sales program in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring top-tier performance and results;
*Act as a trusted business partner to the rSM, turning insights and feedback into actionable plans that boost sales effectiveness and quality;
*Work hand-in-hand with QA, Coaching, and WFM teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational success;
*Analyze trends and performance data to uncover new market opportunities and recommend focus areas that drive revenue;
*Inspire, coach, and develop Team Leads and Agents to achieve their full potential through structured training and ongoing support;
*Take ownership of in-quarter improvement initiatives and recovery plans, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements and necessary skills

*3+ years in sales-focused operations (online advertising, digital marketing, or B2B sales);
*5+ years managing teams in a BPO or sales environment;
*Proven leadership in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams;
*Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into strategy;
*Deep understanding of sales planning, program management, and performance optimization;
*Excellent English, strong background in advertising and SMB sales, with a desire to help small businesses grow through innovative solutions.
