· Independent support for all existing applications and processes
in SAP HCM with a focus on payroll (PY), time management (TM),
personnel administration (PA), Org. Management (PD)
· Support communication with tax and social security
authorities
· Administer time recording and access control systems
· Act as inhouse IT functional consultant to support HR process
improvements
· Support and administer SAP-interfaces for master data
transfers
· Administer SAP enterprise portal applications for employee- and
manager self service applications
· Technical contact person for HR department process
· Design test concepts and ensure sufficient testing in accordance
with change management procedures
· Create, implement, and optimize technical solutions for new and
existing SAP rollouts
· Collaborate on international SAP projects (rollout, release
changes, etc.)
· Execute training courses and briefings for process managers
· Manage external consultants during new and existing project
implementations
· Management of SAP projects as sub-project manager
· Act as third level support to analyze and eliminate malfunctions
