• Providing project management expertise in the area of HCM, reporting and analytics
• Structure the HCM IT support team to better support the group companies
• Reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards
• Support ADNOC IT in acting as a liaison between business and IT to improve the business requirements comprehension and technology fulfilment in all areas of reporting
• Providing technical leadership to bring up a joined-up view from IT, business, and support functions perspective as how potentially an overall architecture could withstand that could fulfil the requirements of Business, Technology, and support functions in the area of Reporting.

• SAP Fiori (UI5 / ODATA)
• Knowledge in SAP ABAP Classes and Methods
• Integration of SAP S/4 HANA to SF and middleware (PI/PO) and other middleware
• ABAP CDS views

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Experience in SAP/SAP-HCM. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Should be a great communicator, able to talk to business, as this is a Lead position – English is the project language.
• SAP HCM certification is preferred, but not required should the candidate have sufficient experience in the HCM domain.
• Deep understanding and skills in UAE payroll process and principles
• Deep understanding and skills in Positive time management process
• Deep understanding and skills in Personnel Administration processes of UAE public sectors
• Deep understanding and skills in Organization Management processes of UAE public sectors
• Deep understanding and skills in SAP HCM Integrations with SF, integration hubs for mini masters, etc
• Should be able to manage meetings as organizer and make minutes
• Document preparation experience (Business/Solution Architecture, Project Plan, Business Blueprint, Configuration, Transactions, and Training etc.)
• Should be able to create Functional Specification for all processes in HCM
• Should be able to propose a solution in a process flow diagram
• Should be able to develop a pros and cons as multiple solutions for a requirement
• Ability to work as a team and demonstrate situational leadership
• Should be able to develop training material for any process in SAP and for interfaces
• Should be able to identify risks in complex tasks and high light to the management
• Ability to demonstrate Learning attitude
• Has worked in a Support environment before and is aware of all the processes in Support
