For one of our clients – a global company offering products, services and solutions that make
global trade flow with ease, we are searching for experienced, responsible and analytically-
minded people for the role of Senior Accounts Receivable with German (Remote).

Отговорности

* Maintain contact and follow-up schedules, make collection calls and send reminder emails;
* Ensure accurate cash application, handle payment queries and secure customer payment
commitments;
* Keep customer intelligence files updated and provide updates on customer accounts as needed;
* Manage disputes and follow up on resolutions, escalating when needed;
* Monitor and respond to shared mailbox queries and escalate unresolved issues or payment delays;
* Use FSCM and ERPs per guidelines;
* Complete month-end tasks on time and prepare required reports;
* Meet targets for overdue reduction and call activity;
* Give feedback to credit control;
* Follow the Collections Playbook;
* Attend training and update work instructions as needed;
* Adapt to process changes and handle additional tasks as requested.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in an international setting and strong finance knowledge;
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business;
* Fluent in English and German;
* Proficiency in Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), Google Slides/PowerPoint,
and process mapping tools;
* ERP experience, SAP preferred;
* Willing to learn various Order to Cash processes;
* Team player with analytical and time management skills;
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changes;
* Detail-oriented and logical thinker.
