Our client is a leading company in the marketing and distribution
of fast-moving consumer goods. We are looking for an experienced
and responsible professional for the position of Senior Brand
Manager (Wine Portfolio).
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive business plans for relevant
suppliers.
• Design annual brand plans and marketing budgets.
• Establish an annual activity plan with strategically allocated
monthly initiatives.
• Define individual performance goals for subordinate brand
managers.
• Evaluate and approve advertising and promotional activities
(A&P) proposed by brand managers.
• Review and align brand and business plans developed by brand
managers.
• Assess and validate purchase order proposals.
• Oversee marketing-related expenses and ensure budget
adherence.
• Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to
identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams to drive
brand strategy execution.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring efficient operations,
professional development, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and manage budget expenditures in line with the
company's annual business plan.
• Provide strategic guidance to brand managers.
• Promote a safe working environment, identifying risks and
ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, including
internal procedures, marketing processes, information security, and
competition laws.
• Maintain close communication with the marketing manager for
planning and reporting.
• Work effectively with other brand managers and senior team
members.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and external
partners.
Required qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
• Additional qualifications in marketing and sales are a
plus.
• Strong expertise in marketing strategies, pricing, and brand
positioning.
• In-depth understanding of the market, distribution channels,
and sales seasonality.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead market
specialists.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook,
and online research tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
