We are looking for a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Finance Department.

Responsibility:

• Actively participate in various engagements – valuation, business modeling, due diligence, M&A and other consulting services;
• Analyze macroeconomic, industry, company and other market data;
• Perform accounting and financial reviews of companies;
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts for valuation, business modeling or other purposes;
• Perform risk/sensitivity analysis;
• Prepare reports for and participate in meetings with external clients or internal parties;
• Participate in internal and/or external trainings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years previous relevant experience preferable in a Big 4 company.
• In depth knowledge of valuation standards and valuation best practices.
• ACCA/CFA/CIMA membership would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines with commitment to high quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English language
• Excellent computer and technical skills - MS Office
