For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Senior Credit Support
Coordinator – CTC with Spanish (Hybrid).

Отговорности

* Provide top-notch credit support to customers, partners, and internal teams;
* Handle credit insurance tasks — process claims, payments, and keep customer accounts up
to date;
* Manage bank guarantees and make sure all steps follow company policy;
* Process outgoing payments and follow up on credit matters on time;
* Use tools like SAP to keep records accurate and services running smoothly;
* Help improve processes, update documentation, and support teammates when needed.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* At least 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable;
* Good grasp of how the full Customer to Cash (C2C) cycle works;
* Confident using SAP or similar systems, plus Excel and Outlook;
* Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude;
* Able to spot issues early and take the right steps to solve or escalate them;
*Excellent Spanish skills and good English.
