For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Senior Customer Service
Agent with Italian or Romanian or German.

Responsibilities

*Support B2B client accounts and help grow their business;
*Communicate with clients to understand their needs;
*Assist in researching market trends and client industries;
*Identify simple opportunities to offer solutions;
*Prepare personalized client recommendations;
*Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Experience in a call center or customer-facing role;
*Good communication and interpersonal skills;
*Interest in learning consultative sales techniques;
*Basic understanding of business models and markets;
*English B2; Italian, German or Romanian C1;
*Motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
