For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – Senior HR Assistant –
Employee Services with Dutch and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Handle employee requests quickly and professionally using HR tools;
*Escalate complex issues and keep employees updated on progress;
*Manage employee records and lifecycle data accurately;
*Support smooth onboarding by coordinating with different teams;
*Use knowledge resources to solve HR questions effectively;
*Help improve HR systems and automate tasks for better service.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Background in HR services, BPO, or admin with strong customer focus;
*Skilled in Outlook and Excel;
*Excellent Dutch and very Good English skills;
*Detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy with confidential info;
*Able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced, flexible setting;
*Committed to ethics, compliance, and ongoing improvement.
