fields. We are searching for experienced, capable and analytically-minded people the role of
Senior Rewards & Benefits Specialist.

Отговорности

* Help create and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the
company's goals;
* Conduct in-depth analysis on compensation, participate in global rewards projects and
audits, and collaborate with global teams;
* Support annual processes like pay planning, salary design, and market comparisons;
* Collect and analyze market data, and adjust salaries and benefits to stay competitive;
* Suggest and implement improvements to rewards policies, processes, and tools;
* Work with the HR team to align with business goals, develop effective solutions, and
manage payroll budgeting;
* Keep compensation rules up to date and assist with various projects as needed;
* Provide support on all Total Rewards matters and maintain strong relationships with
stakeholders.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits;
* Experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits;
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail;
* Knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and fluency in English;
* Ability to work well with others, influence decisions, and work independently;
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
* Skilled with organizing, managing time and prioritizing tasks;
* Positive attitude and flexibility when communicating;
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with some uncertainty.
