For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue
expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we
are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator with German or Portuguese
(Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Play a key role in preparing and validating revenue data, making sure our clients always get
accurate reports they can trust;
*Keep an eye on revenue and billing activities to spot any gaps or inconsistencies early;
*Work closely with different internal teams to resolve billing and invoicing questions smoothly;
*Support our sales leaders by tracking deal progress and contributing to reliable forecasts;
*Take ownership of support tickets related to pricing and quoting tools, helping colleagues
find quick and effective solutions.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in German or Portuguese plus excellent English skills — both spoken and written;
*A background or genuine interest in customer service, sales, or related fields;
*Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (or curiosity to learn them fast);
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you enjoy working as part of a team;
*A proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks while picking up new skills
quickly.
