THE CROWN IS YOURS
As a Senior ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll join the IT Platform
Services team to shape and sustain the backbone of our internal
systems. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize the ServiceNow
platform, focusing on its most critical ITSM modules while
supporting broader platform functionality. You’ll drive
improvements through configuration, scripting, and governance,
partnering with teams across the business to enhance system
performance and usability. Your work will ensure seamless platform
operations that enable faster issue resolution and smarter service
delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SENIOR SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR
Perform daily administration of ServiceNow, including role
management, access control, and system health monitoring.
Configure and maintain key ITSM modules such as Incident, Change,
Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, or App
Engine.
Build and support platform logic using business rules, client
scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer.
Ensure compliance with platform governance, data integrity, and
change management processes.
Collaborate with engineers, process owners, and the service desk to
resolve issues and enhance platform usability.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
At least 4 years of ServiceNow administration experience in
enterprise environments.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or
equivalent is required.
Strong understanding of ITIL-based ITSM processes and platform best
practices.
Hands-on experience with configuration tools, automation flows, and
reporting (SLAs, dashboards).
Experience with performance analytics, dashboards, reporting, and
platform monitoring tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability
to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
