Responsibilities

Help VIP Account Managers with client questions and special requests;
Answer emails and phone calls, and manage client documents;
Keep VIP client info up to date and organized;
Assist with VIP promotions, bonuses, and offers;
Prepare reports and help track client activity and account status.

Requirements and necessary skills

Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
No previous experience is required;
Interest in the development of sales strategy;
Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
