For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces
and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared
Services Dispute
Coordinator with German and English (Hybrid shifts).
*Builds strong partnerships with business units, supporting smooth
integration of dispute
resolution processes;
*Aids the transition team in transferring discrepancy-related and
Customer to Cash (CTC)
tasks to Shared Services;
*Delivers high-quality service to key stakeholders — customers,
vendors, staff, management,
and regulators;
*Ensures compliance with internal policies, including approval
flows and financial rules;
*Manages customer queries efficiently, resolving them promptly and
escalating when needed;
*Handles urgent complaints swiftly and appropriately;
*Cooperates with the Dispute Management Team to resolve issues per
set procedures and
timelines.
