Responsibilities:

o Organize and manage the IT local services under supervision of the corporate IT team and regional IT Manager.
o Implement and operate the technical solutions.
o Apply the procedures defined by the Corporate IT team.
o Apply the corporate IT operational processes and quality policy (including KPI follow-up).
o Support local users for IT.
o Promote awareness programs on IT threats and security best practices.
o Record the local IT needs and report them to the Corporate IT Department.
o Manage and maintain in operational condition the local IT infrastructures and servers.
o Report on a weekly basis to the Corporate IT team.
o Publish local KPI and Dashboard.
o Operate under direct management of site Top Management and Regional IT Manager.
o Maintain in working order the IT facilities.
o Organize logistics and procurement of all due IT equipments for users.
o Supervise in operational conditions the local infrastructure equipments:
- Industrial IT equipments
- Computers, laptops, screen, printing system, peripherals
- Network
- Servers, NAS, backup system
- Telephony (fix and mobile)
- Software and applications
o Install and configure local equipments and softwares.
o Help the local users with the corporate IT Support.


Requirements:

o University level, IT Technical diploma.
o Mastering of English.
o French language will be considered as an advantage.
o Proven IT experience within an industrial company (aeronautics area would be great)
o General knowledge in system and computer assets administration (Windows, Linux, VMware).
o General knowledge of network administration (Cisco).
o Maintenance skills for servers, computers, laptops, mobile devices and network.
o User support experience (ITIL knowledge or mastering would be great).
o Suppliers and service management experience.
o Work in an international context with foreign central supervision.
o Ability to work under direct top management supervision.
o Ability to work closely with the site managers and colleagues (part of them will be French expatriates).
o Rigorous, methodological, will to work in a team, good relationship skills.
o Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions).
o Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift).
o Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem.
o Open attitude to intercultural exchange (French-Brazil).
o Ability to build external networks/relations with "IT services" stakeholders.
o Ability to priorize tasks and sollicitate central help from the Corporate IT Department.
o Consciousness, high-working capacity, creativity, proposals maker.
o Ability to take in charge activities locally on one’s own while being part of a greater remote team.
o Ability to carry out the basic tasks of the job simultaneously and define medium-to-long-term vision for the site.
o Ability to escalate problems with objective analysis of the situation.
