As a Solution Manager, you are the expert and the referent of the
Supply Chain domain (business and IT processes), knowing it from A
to Z and understanding how all pieces work together.
You define and establish target solution, starting from an initial
conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete solution
specification. You make high-level design choices according to the
business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best
practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information
system. You will have to understand business requirements, prepare
or review specifications, work effectively with other functional
and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all
requirements into one/several solutions.
When specifications are set and solutions defined, you will also
ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of
the team.
In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large
scope of responsibilities:
You are the gatekeeper of the supply chain processes & products
and it integration with the rest of the ecosystem :
Understand the business needs and translate into a solution
With other leads, you design cross processes flows.
Work closely and confidently with various departments.
You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process.
You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous
improvement:
Manage business relationship to define target priorities and
business value.
Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators
(measurable KPIs).
Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with
the other processes leads to ensure end-to-end design.
Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution
and solving recurrent incidents.
You will be supporting and coaching the other team members for the
most complex topics:
Perform Knowledge transfer to other team members and develop their
autonomy in the solution.
You are part of the company that implements worldwide initiatives.
You will be onboarded as core team member in S/4 worldwide
roadmap.
As a summary:

You will be responsible of SAP MM, PM, PP & QM, processes,
including integration with finance flows.
You will be making solution design decision as an owner of the
supply chain solution.
You will manage the business relationship to ensure priority and
business value.
You will enable long term value by proposing improvement.
IT Skills
[Must] Experience in IT best practices.
[Must] Good experience in SAP PM and SAP MM
[Plus] Basic experience in SAP PP & QM.
[Plus] Basic experience in SAP Fiori.
[Plus] Experience with test campaign executions & automation
tool.
[Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.
[Plus] Experience on full SAP project lifecycle

or equivalent.

The job is located in at one of the following at Louis Dreyfus
Company offices: Lyon (France) or Sofia (Bulgaria).

You will report to a manager in Lyon, France.
A few international travels might be required.
