Role Overview:
An ITGC SOX Executor is responsible for executing and validating IT
General Controls (ITGCs) for multiply systems within Identity and
Access Management Delivery Center, to ensure compliance with the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and A1 Policies and Guidelines. This role
supports the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring that
critical IT systems are secure, change-managed, and properly
controlled.
Role Insights:
Execute IT General Controls (ITGCs) on multiple SOX-relevant
systems and document control results.
Collect and review evidence of control effectiveness.
Identify control failures or deficiencies and support remediation
efforts.
Handle day-to-day operational support activities for internal and
external auditors, system owners, and compliance teams.
Maintain IT control documentation (e.g., narratives, control
matrices, test scripts).
Ensure alignment with SOX, COBIT, and internal policies.
Proactively seek continuous improvement opportunities.
Establish SOX controls and processes for new systems.
What Makes You Unique:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Solid understanding of SOX and internal control concepts (e.g.,
COSO framework).
Knowledge of audit and compliance processes (e.g., SOX compliance)
and IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
Familiarity with key ITGC domains, including access controls,
change management, backup and recovery, and job scheduling.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
