For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Sports Wearable Support Specialist with Finnish or Danish or Dutch or Norwegian.

Отговорности

*Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email for smart sports devices;
*Assist with orders, shipping, and product information, ensuring a smooth customer experience;
*Walk users through smartwatch and fitness band features, helping them get the most out of their devices;
*Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, practical solutions;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
*Create a positive, engaging experience for every customer and be a proud ambassador of the brand.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Finnish, Danish, Dutch, or Norwegian, plus a strong command of English;
*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and enthusiasm matter most;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to help others;
*Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is highly valued;
*Comfortable using new technologies and eager to explore innovative devices;
*Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow with us.
