About the Role:
As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you’ll provide non-voice
support through email and messaging systems. No calls!
Your Tasks:
Providing Email support for our clients.
Answering “How to” and “FAQ” questions.
Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues.
Providing troubleshooting assistance.
Our Requirements:
Excellent Written skills in Arabic (C1).
Good Verbal & Written skills in English (B2 or above).
Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships
with customers.
Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills, with a “can do”
attitude.
Ability to present complex information in a simple and
understandable way.
