🔍 We’re seeking motivated International Customer Service Professionals to join our multicultural team for our Spotify client. About the Role:

🎧 As a Spotify Customer Service Expert, you’ll provide non-voice support through email and messaging systems. No calls!

Your Tasks:

📧 Providing Email support for our clients.
💬 Answering “How to” and “FAQ” questions.
💳 Assisting with account and payment-related queries and issues.
🛠️ Providing troubleshooting assistance.

Our Requirements:

✅ Fluency in French (C1 level) – your words should flow like a great melody
✅ Strong English skills (B2 or above) – so you can communicate effortlessly with our global audience
✅ Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
✅ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
✅ Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
✅ Excellent communication skills – as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
✅ A positive, problem-solving attitude – even on the toughest tracks
