For the role: As our new SQL and Power BI Expert, you will be at the heart of our data. Your role will be to turn numbers into clear analyses and visual stories that help the business move forward. You will work in a small, dynamic team and have the freedom to propose and implement innovative solutions.

What you will do every day:

You will configure and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure fast access to accurate information.
build a robust system for monitoring results through Power BI or alternative dashboard systems.
analyze long-term execution plans and provide recommendations for improving database performance.
prepare and set up new database clusters and perform daily monitoring.
support the sales team with timely data and practical advice.
You will organize and conduct internal training, sharing your knowledge.

You are the ideal candidate if:

You have a higher education degree in the field of computer science, finance, or another related specialty.
You possess at least 3 years of relevant experience.
You have in-depth knowledge of SQL and understand how the MySQL optimizer works.
You have experience in creating SQL reports and working with Power BI.
You are proficient in business English at a C1 level or higher.
You possess analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
You work excellently with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

You will receive bonus points if you have experience with:

Administration of Oracle DB and Oracle Backup/Restore.
Scripts such as Oracle SQL.
Working with Linux Red Hat.
