Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer
service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee
performance.
Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective
merchandising strategies, product knowledge, and exceptional
customer service.
Implement and maintain high operational standards, ensuring the
store is clean, organized, and visually appealing always.
Train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a
positive work environment and ensuring excellent customer service
is consistently delivered.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and
identify areas for improvement to maximize team productivity.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock replenishment, and implement
effective loss prevention strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market
conditions, and make recommendations to enhance the store's
performance.
Collaborate with the regional or district manager to develop and
execute sales and marketing initiatives.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional
manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
