For their established team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join on the role: Strategic HR Manager – Maternity Cover


As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive HR strategies that align with company’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational success.
HR Operating Model Implementation: Facilitate the adoption of our HR Operating Model in Bulgaria, leveraging technology and automation to enhance service levels.
Global HR Contribution: Support global HR initiatives and the implementation of Workday across your region, ensuring data integrity and process improvements.
Workforce Planning & Optimization: Lead effective workforce planning to align with business needs, including structure optimization, role relocation, and location strategy.
Performance Culture & Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of high performance and enhance employee engagement across critical areas.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree or CIPD qualification preferred).
7+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on strategic HR partnership and employee relations.
Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations with a business-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that enhance business success and employee engagement.
Experience in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
