Our client EWELLIX is a global innovator and manufacturer of Linear Motion and Actuation solutions used in industrial automation, medical applications, mobile machinery, and industrial distribution. Ewellix is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and is owned by Triton. Formerly as a part of SKF Group, the Ewellix Group consists of 16 sales units and 9 factories worldwide.
Due to implementing new production lines in the factory in Sofia, we are looking for two professionals to join the team.


Ensure the effective planning of material flows - from raw materials to finished goods;
Ensure error-free production and on-time order processing in ERP system (M3);
Process recordings, process redesign, and continuous optimization of all processes;
Create Mid-term and Short-term production plans in conjunction with demand forecast, manufacturing processes, manufacturing and storage capacity, and the company inventory strategy;
Supporter and contact person for system users (contact person on-site for M3);
Monitor master data maintenance;
Create queries;
Analyse/evaluate ERP data;
Coordinate M3 Super User
Implement production practices that support material and components stock level accuracy;
Utilize lean principles, tools, and techniques to achieve cost targets and delivery performance.

Изисквания и необходими умения

University degree in Accounting, Finances or relevant;
Experience as Chief Accountant, preferably in a multinational company
Experience in Financial Reporting/Management accounting
Good knowledge in local legislation regarding finance, taxes and payroll;
Fluent English language – verbal and written
PC skills – MS Excel and ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics would be plus);
Proactive, analytical and diplomatic person, able to identify and resolve issues on time and determine alternative solutions to problems
