Location: Plovdiv
Shifts: 5 day work week; fixed 8/10-hour shifts between 10:00-23:00; Monday to Sunday;
Work model: Hybrid (2 days at the office, 3 days from home)


What you'll do:
Assist customers and be the friendly voice on the other end of the line
Tackle customer issues with empathy and efficiency;
Educate customers on the company’s products and services;
Gather feedback and contribute to improving their processes.

What you’ll need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (level B2-C1);
