What You’ll be Doing?
The Support and Coordination Specialist support the day-to-day
functioning of TTEC’s office environments in Bulgaria. This role
focuses on operational tasks, maintenance coordination and
administrative support to ensure a safe, attractive and functional
physical environment for all employees. In support of the
department’s vision to create an exceptional workplace, this role
focuses on execution, maintenance coordination, and administrative
support. The Support and Coordination Specialist will be reporting
directly to the Regional EMEA Director of Real Estate and
Facilities.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Assist with facility maintenance of building/sites including but
not limited to maintaining superior condition of company space;
acting as the landlord/vendor coordination point.
Work within the department’s SLA and KPIs standards.
Supports the upkeep of various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV,
utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting,
security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
Creates the purchase requisitions including supplies, follow-up on
invoices payments and is responsible for reporting financial
information. In conjunction with corporate real estate evaluates
present and future needs for real estate.
Although the position is based in Sofia, the Support and
Coordination Specialist is expected to travel periodically to
Plovdiv to coordinate activities related to the office space and
equipment there. Visits will normally take place once a week,
unless more frequent engagements are required for operational or
organizational needs.
What You Bring to the Role
Support facility programs covering disaster preparedness and
recovery and coordinate with headquarters division to implement
company-wide Emergency Response Plan under the guidance of senior
staff. Being the point of contact during a disaster situation to
return safely to operations, requires to be available to respond in
timely manner.
Maintain and monitor facilities architectural drawings and floor
plans. Ensure all construction drawings and floor plans are
accurate and up to date.
Track and update the database of the facilities fixed assets and
its ranking.
Acts as Emergency point of contact during emergencies like
calamities, fire, etc.
