Vedran Dizdarevic is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Solve incidents brought forward by application users, within agreed
SLA
Triage new support tickets or incident reports (Jira, ServiceNow,
etc.).
Document resolutions and maintain accurate system records.
Investigate technical problems, identify root causes and propose
and implement solutions.
Work with Dev and QA teams to coordinate feature rollouts and
conduct deployments.
Monitor applications, take action in case of irregular application
behavior and report to management and other stakeholders.
Report to management on operational status of the applications.
Start regular scheduled data-processing jobs and confirm that they
ran correctly.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Basic Database knowledge (Oracle , MSSQL);
Experience with APIs and microservices.
Basic knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Independently and continuously learn and build knowledge of OSS
systems, processes and related telecom technologies.
