Talent acquisition and development expert
Responsibilities:
o Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs;
o Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria
for future employees;
o Supports hiring managers in job description creation;
o Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and
assessment methods
o Create and publish job ads in various portals;
o Use social media to post job vacancies and identify suitable
applicants for organizations;
o Screen resumes and job applications;
o Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified
candidates;
o Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
(junior, senior and executive);
o Organize and conduct interviews together with hiring
managers;
o Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
o Network with potential hires through professional groups on
social media and during events;
o Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job
openings;
o Host and participate in job fairs;
o Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and
source of hire;
o Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate
experience surveys;
o Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle,
including reporting to external and internal clients;
o Accountable for long term sourcing strategy including but not
limited to dual education management;
o Accountable for performance review process;
o Accountable for talent review process;
o Accountable for the succession planning process;
o Accountable for employees development plans creation and their
follow up;
o Manage and participate in continuous improvement projects
related to HR agenda;
o Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties.
Requirements:
o A bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or the
specialized field or equivalent experience Industry experience in
an HR/recruiting capacity. .
o Experience with applicant tracking systems
o Very good command of French is a great advantage;
o Very good command of English in terms of writing and
speaking;
o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with
minimum supervision;
o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to
establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the
company;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust,
confidentiality, and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
