An US-based company leader in their sector that has recently established a new business entity on the Bulgarian Market. They started as a small family business and currently employ thousands of people across USA and Europe.


Due to the expansion of their recruitment team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join on the role of: Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Position Overview:
The TA Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the talent attraction and selection process, interviewing potential new employees, and planning recruitment procedures to fill open positions.


Main responsibilities:
Coordinate the Recruitment Process: Drive talent acquisition efforts from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Support the Teams: Provide essential organizational support to various teams, enhancing overall productivity.
Source Top Talent: Utilize social media and other platforms to find and pre-screen candidates who are a perfect fit for the company.
Manage Candidate Database: Keep the candidate information organized and up-to-date.
Coordinate Meetings: Organize and schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
Feedback Provider: Offer constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a transparent communication process.
Enhance Employer Branding: Actively contribute to building a positive employer brand image.
Organize Company Events: Assist in planning and executing engaging company events.
Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR department to update and maintain recruitment policies.
Support HR Functions: Provide additional support in various HR functions as needed.
Versatile Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements to fill the role:


AT LEAST ONE YEAR of proven experience in fast-paced, high volume recruitment
Fluent English and Native Bulgarian
Dynamic, organized and friendly personality
University degree in HR is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to seek assistance from colleagues when needed and share expertise.
