Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f)

What will you do?
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
Craft compelling job ads and source top talent.
Conduct phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, assessment centers and support hiring managers.
Collaborate with Employer Branding Team to boost employer branding.
Represent Lidl at job fairs and student events.
Drive innovative HR projects and process improvements.
What do we expect from you?
A university degree and at least 6 years of experience in a recruitment role.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a large multinational company for at least 3 years.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
