Role Overview:
In this role you will be the key driver for all processes and programs related to talent development at Yettel. You will be in the position to create new ways, design and implement new programs and initiatives to support the development of our talents, the employees of Yettel.

Отговорности

• Drive the design and implementation of Talent Management processes, policies and programs
• Design and Lead Talent Development programs (e.g. internship program, employee and leadership development programs, etc.) and a portfolio of development opportunities to support leadership and talent pools
• Work with key stakeholders to deliver on results related to talent development programs and initiatives
• Partner with employees and leaders through their journey on career and professional development
• Consult and coach leaders on matters related to talent development
• Work with external vendors to identify the most appropriate solution to address development needs of our talents.
• Design, organize and facilitate internal training sessions
• Monitor budget, handle reporting, and analyze key metrics

Изисквания и необходими умения

• University degree in HR, psychology/social sciences
• 1+ years of experience on a similar position within a large multinational organisation
• Experience in designing, implementing and measuring the impact of talent development programs and initiatives
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience in successfully leading and implementing programs and changes
• Able to navigate in a continuously changing environment and positively influence others
• A strong team player who understands how to align talent development, HR and company goals
• Preferably, have a certification in leadership coaching
