The Tech/Program Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the
successful delivery of technology programs and projects. This role
involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure
they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined
objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills, with a solid
understanding of technology and project management
methodologies.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Set clear milestones & coordinate cross-functional project
resources and activities.
Support engineering, QA, product teams with technical delivery
alignment
Set expectations and gain commitments from all contributing
teams
Monitor program/project progress, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to scope and quality standards.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Create and maintain program-level reports, KPIs, and progress
dashboards
Identify and manage interdependencies, risks and issues, escalating
blockers as needed.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with project teams and
stakeholders.
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders
and leadership.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best
practices.
Mentor and guide project team members.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical / Program Manager,
preferably in the software development or gaming industry.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of technology and software development
processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
