Standard business hours or weekend options
Priority will be given to candidates available for full-time (8-hour) work, Monday–Sunday on a rotating schedule between 10:00 and 19:00.

What You’ll Do
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the expert customers rely on when they need assistance. Your goal will be to provide quick, professional, and effective solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat through internal systems
Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and delivering accurate, tailored solutions
Staying informed about new products, networking solutions, and service standards

What You Bring to the Team
Fluency in German and good command of English
Basic understanding of internet routers, connectivity, or device troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple tools and systems
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
