Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Employing your full language skills while interacting with users, showing professionalism
through the whole process;
* Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;
* Ensuring users understand and can follow, showing understanding and consideration for their issues;
* Using your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in order to come up with the best solution;
* Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;
* Constantly stiving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer satisfaction.
