Our client is а world’s top three cloud-based service that allows the end user to send transactional and marketing email campaigns to his personalized contact list via our client platform or RESTful API. The service gives the senders the right amount of analytics to get the most value from each campaign and to reach each inbox.
Handle issues related to a variety of topics, including but not
limited to: email anti-abuse, email fraud detection, email
deliverability and compliance with the Sending Policy as well as
local and global laws.
Assist in maintaining the platform’s reputation as an anti-spammer and take actions on compromised / problematic user accounts with bad statistics.
Perform user activity monitoring and analysis.
Process complaints received at the platform’s abuse desk.
Investigate and take actions on various fraud cases.
Work closely with the rest of the Compliance / Deliverability team and other relevant departments (including Dev, Product, Sales, Support and Customer Success teams) to consistently improve upon internal processes and monitoring tools for deliverability, anti-abuse, fraud detection, and compliance.
