For one of our clients - one of the world BPO leaders- we are looking for Technical Support Engineer with French, German, Russian, Romanian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering the best professional technical support for computer products;
* Manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues.;
* Develop a relationship with the customer in order to ensure improved collaboration and satisfaction in support;
* Provide assistance with basic installation, setup, and general technical usage;
* Ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.
* Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2008R2/2012 (advantage);
* Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 (advantage);
* Microsoft SQL (advantage);
* Previous experience of clustering and/or SAN technologies (advantage);
* Active Directory (advantage).
