Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Remotely helping customers to solve their technical issues;
* Provide technical support via chat;
* Utilizing all resources available to Tier 1 consultants and ensuring that everything is resolved
in due time and work with Tier 2 team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;
* Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers;
