Responsibilities of the candidate:
• Plan and prioritize daily personal sales activities and
customer/prospect contact, towards achieving agreed business aims,
including cost and sales in Bulgaria
• Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with
high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share
and consolidated profitability i.e. to ensure that the related
sales targets will be met in terms of unit sales, volume and
revenue generation
• Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales
cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract (identify
opportunity, prepare offers, present proposal, negotiate and close
the deal) in the assigned territory
• Identify and list potential customers or Implement the dealer
actions / marketing campaigns and business follow-up agreed with
Direct Manager, keep score and report back any success /
failure
• Increase the market share in the assigned region and track the
market share (orders won / lost) within the territory
• Work / Plan sales activities in a cost-effective way
• Territory management and dealer network development and support
in assigned territory
• Establish, develop and maintain customer and dealers’
satisfaction and loyalty, through visits, telephone calls and
correspondence including Key Customer Management.
• Create a sales action plan and report status on a regular
basis
• Follow commercial factory trainings in the product companies and
participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other
marketing activities.
