For one of our clients – a visionary in providing next-level customer experience. We are on looking for tech savvy, capable and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Tier 1 Technical Support Consultant with Spanish, Italian, German or French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promptly answering to incoming calls and making call authentications;
* Dealing with and providing answers to customer’s questions, concerns and problems;
* Handling basic technical and customer support issues and providing resolutions.
* Offering alternative solutions when the given issue is beyond consultant’s training and area of responsibility;
* Utilizing all resources available to Tier 1 consultants and ensuring that everything is resolved in due time;
* Treating customers with utmost patience and politeness, showing high level of professionalism and delivering positive customer support experience;
* Honoring requirements and schedules; given guidelines;
* Following given guidelines and other preset rules according to Company’s policies and procedures.
