Lyubomir Ivanov is looking for a new team member:
The HR team in A1 provides everything necessary for clear
employment relationships, timely and motivating remuneration, a
variety of training and career development opportunities, and the
provision of a safe and modern work environment.
As part of this team, your responsibility will be related to the
coordination and administrative support of HR processes in the
company.
Your daily routine would include:
Supporting activities in the field of Human Resources and employee
training – coordinate and schedule training sessions,.
Prepare training materials and documentation, including
presentations, handouts, attendance sheets, and post-session
surveys.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions across multiple regions,
ensuring alignment with time zones, business priorities, and team
availability.
Maintain training records and databases, tracking employee
participation, certifications, and compliance with mandatory
training programs.
Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions
for new hires and ensuring access to learning materials and
systems.
Communicate with internal trainers and external vendors, handling
logistics, agreements, and performance feedback.
Continuously learning and quickly adapting to new information and
processes.
Communicating effectively and taking ownership of assigned
tasks.
Working with precision, demonstrating responsibility, and
maintaining strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills in German (B1, B2);
A genuine interest in HR and a proactive attitude toward learning
and development.
Strong communication skills and a high level of accountability.
A precise, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
Previous experience with HR SAP or a willingness to learn new
digital tools.
