Training coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Organizes all activities related to the preparation and
implementation of training courses for employees;
o Directly and effectively manages a team of trainers;
o Coordinates actions, budgets, etc. with all interested
parties;
o Responsible for developing and upgrading training programs,
preparing training materials, placing orders, communicating, and
preparing materials on time and in accordance with company
requirements;
o Actively participates in monitoring the process, interim
assessments, feedback, and decisions regarding operators during
their training;
o Responsible for supplying all necessary materials and consumables
for the effective running of the training process;
o Responsible for the timely and accurate planning and organization
of employee qualifications and product training;
o Coordinates the schedules and deadlines of planned qualification
and product training with colleagues from the relevant
departments;
o Implements suggestions for optimization, rationalization, and
improvement of the training center and the training process as a
whole;
o Participates in the preparation and delivery of other types of
training that may not be directly related to production;
o Strictly adhere to and enforce safety rules;
o Perform other tasks assigned by the company management after
prior mutual agreement;
o Consistency in control, complete and accurate documentation of
the activities performed in the relevant ERP system or other file
structure;
o Actively participates in internal and external audits,
representing the training, qualification, and requalification
process;
o Works closely with the Human Resources department in relation to
the selection, training, qualification, and dual training program
launched by the company;
o Works with external training bodies like Universities Technical
schools to develop or improve training materials , process and
methodology;
o Responsible for the performance and the efficiency of his team,
department and training process reflected in the results of the Key
Performance Indicators ( KPI’s) already established or developed to
drive continuous improvement .
REQUIREMENTS:
o A bachelor’s degree /Engineering degree is an advantage/.
o More than 3 years of relevant industry experience.
o Very good command of French is a great advantage;
o Very good command of English in terms of writing and
speaking;
o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum
supervision;
o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to
establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the
company;
o Proven leadership skills;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality,
and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;
o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
